We offer the following services for you to book. These services are delivered at our Grant Street premises in Central Ballarat.
During your initial appointment, we will conduct assessments to determine where the primary location causing your symptoms is residing. Very often the pain we experience in a certain location is merely a symptom of an overall tension pattern. We will begin by discussing your history and how your symptoms developed, even injuries, surgeries or falls years ago can impact recent symptoms as the body struggles to compensate. Please don’t leave anything out – it could end up being important.
1-hour session of Bowen Therapy Treatment. This one-hour session is for clients who have already had the initial consultation. This session will follow on from your intitial consultation, as we work through tension patterns to re-establish symmetry and reset the nervous system, with the aim to reduce pain, improve mobility and reduce stress and anxiety.
Healing Touch is an energy therapy technique that involves gentle touch or hovering the hands over the body to promote healing and balance within the energy system. Practitioners believe that manipulating the energy field can support the body's natural ability to heal and improve overall well-being. The technique includes various hand movements and intentions to clear, energize, and balance the energy flow within the body. Healing Touch is often used as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments. It is known for its calming and soothing effects, which may help reduce stress, anxiety, and pain.
